Bike snob no more!

Yep, I learned to ride a bicycle. Finally.

No training wheels. No ugly wounds.

I just got a blister on my right thumb. Perhaps gripping the handlebar too tight? Or hitting the brakes too hard? Ha!

This is how our bike looks like:

And just like the Beautiful Godzilla, hubby rides our old Dutch city bike with basket usually contains two shih tzu, Kenzo and Cece.

As for me, I'm enjoying the ride, and the wind in my face...

Getting the Hepatitis B vaccine series

The Hepatitis B vaccine is given as a series of 3 shots over a 6-month period.

1st dose: At elected date; 2nd dose: 1 month after the 1st dose; 3rd dose: 6 months after the 1st dose.

The Hepatitis B vaccine is very effective at preventing Hepatitis B virus infection. People who reach a titre of 10 mIU/mL of anti-HBs after immunization are considered protected for life. If anti-HBs is < 10 mIU/mL, re-immunization should be conducted.

Pre-immunization tests:

Post-immunization test:
Anti-HBs	≥ 10 mIU/mL	Php .00

Post-immunization testing for anti-HBs should be conducted to establish antibody response and the need for re-immunization should the first course of vaccine fail to provide protection. Ideally, testing should be undertaken at least 1 month (but no later than 6 months) after the last dose of vaccine.

Talk to your doctor or health professional about getting the vaccine series.

Chubs and I both love chocolates. We have this "accidental" chocolate collection in which some chocolates were purchased solely for the packaging:


Yes, all of it are not open yet. Actually, some were already thrown away due to expiration. Point is, we don't need to buy new ones until we get rid of them. But look what Chubs got me today...


Hmmm, another chocolate! Chubs, what seem so special with this chocolate? We've tried it before remember? Well, it is just a regular Cadbury Milk Tray, only they have put this red covering. Just another marketing strategy, I guess, and they got you, haha!!!
